Terms and conditions

The "Romantic Dinner" is an offer for 2 people. Check the "Romantic Dinner Menu" section for more details (price per menu, dishes options, possible promotions, etc.)

"Menus Proposals" are for a minimum of 4 people. If you want to book for fewer people you still have to pay the price for 4.

"Special menus" are for a minimum of 6 people, perfect for parties and events.

"Prep for a Week“ is an offer for busy people with limited time, who nevertheless want to enjoy healthy and tasty food at home. We provide prepared meals for an entire week. After getting together with our customers, we decide together on their food preferences. We take care of supplies, come to your place, prepare all the meals for the next days and leave your kitchen neat and clean. We do this 2 times per week in order to provide you with fresh meals. All the meals require minimal involvement from the customer side.

"Demo Events": these events are organized for promotional purposes. It consists of samples of menus at promotional prices with a specific theme (for example Tex Mex)
The "Event Catering" offer, for now, is only possible for locations that have a kitchen available.

The “Private Chef” offer includes shopping for ingredients, preparation, cooking, serving and afterward, cleaning. The displayed prices are for a 50km area around Wiesbaden. For destinations outside this area, an extra charge of 0.35EUR/km will be applied (both ways, to the location and back).

“Cooking Classes”: NELO Chef brings his expertise to your home or event space, giving you the freedom to enjoy top-quality food without any effort from you. This is a nice way to gather and have fun with your friends, learning 3 easy recipes to impress your future guests on any occasion.
This could also be a nice addition to a children's party.

Booking: As soon as the booking is confirmed the customer has to deposit 20% of the total service price.

Cancellation policy: For any rescheduling or cancellation within 48 hours prior to the event, the customer will lose the deposit.
